Of course yes. We keep all personal information safe. Our servers are protected by multi-level security systems and all data is transmitted encrypted.
How can I issue a new or add an existing discount card?
You can issue a discount card directly in our “CartaMe” application - in the “Cards” section. In this case, the store card will exist only in electronic form in the Wallet - and will not be duplicated in plastic.
If you already have plastic discount cards, you can transfer them by photographing them on both sides:
On the main screen of the application, click the “Cards” icon;
Consistently photograph both sides of the card - when photographing the card, try to place it on a flat surface next to the light source;
Click on the "Done" button.
To use your card in a store, show its number or barcode on your smartphone screen at the checkout.
Why wasn't my discount card accepted at the store?
Most retail chains accept cards from a smartphone screen. However, some stores do not yet know how to accept cards from CartaMe. Most often, the restrictions are due to the fact that stores do not technically know how to read cards from applications or have established their own acceptance rules. For your convenience, we are issuing a universal card that will be valid in partner stores.
Will I be able to use CartaMe if there is no Internet?
Yes, CartaMe can work even when your device is not connected to the Internet. If you have already launched the application, registered, logged into your account and downloaded discount cards, then the cards will be available in CartaMe even without an Internet connection.
